You can also reschedule or customize future shipments at any time. It's a simple way to ensure you get the products you want, when you want them. How does billing for membership work?
Unless you choose to customize your payment schedule, we split the total cost of your order into 3 easy-to-pay installments, the first of which is billed at the time your order ships and then monthly thereafter. If you’d prefer to pay for each shipment in full, you can contact us using our online Chat feature or call us at 1-800-207-8952 and we’d be happy to update your account preferences.

How often can I get my kit shipped to me?
After receiving your introductory kit, you may adjust your auto-delivery frequency to suit your individual usage. We will ship you a new kit approximately every 13 weeks if you don't change your shipment interval. It's entirely up to you. Can I add items to my next shipment?
Yes, you can add new products to your kit anytime, after receiving your introductory kit. Contact our customer service via Chat or calling us at 800-207-8952 to add items to your next shipment.
How do I return my products?
With our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the return process is straightforward. Simply return the product(s),even if empty, within 60 days of receipt, for a full refund of your purchase price (minus shipping and handling). Please include your Full Name and Shipping Address with your zip code in the package and send it to the following address:

We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible, which may take 7 business days from the date of receipt. We suggest that you obtain a certificate of mailing from your post office and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid (minus shipping and handling). If your scheduled installment payment is due while your return is still in process, this amount will be included in your total refund after your return is complete.

Cancellations
How can I change or cancel my order?

If your order is scheduled to ship in the next business day, you may not be able to make changes or cancel that shipment, but you can return your shipment once it's received. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the containers within 60 days of receipt, and you'll get a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling), even if the containers are empty. Canceled accounts with an unpaid balance will continue to be billed according to your monthly payment plan.
