How do I track my order? +

You can track your order anytime in your Customer Portal — it will show the latest status and estimated delivery timing.

If you haven't seen tracking information yet, it may take a few hours after shipment to appear.

Can I change or customize an order? +

You can change product selections or delivery dates anytime in your Customer Portal. If the shipment is already processing, changes might apply to your next delivery; you can always return the current shipment under our Guarantee.

Can I cancel an order? +

Before Your Package Ships
You can do so up to 36 hours before it ships directly in your Customer Portal.

After Your Package Has Shipped
Once a shipment is on its way, Customer Service cannot make changes. You can return the shipment under our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping & handling).

What about Amazon or TikTok orders? +

Orders placed through Amazon or TikTok Shop follow the platform's return and refund process. To manage or return these orders, go directly to the platform and initiate a return or request order help in the platform.

Can I return my products? +

Yes! We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You may return your products within 60 days of purchase, even if the bottles are empty, for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I return my products? +

Returning your products is easy and there is nothing to set up!

  • We recommend using the same package your order arrived in, if available
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Place the new shipping label over the upper portion of the original label
  • Please make sure the barcode at the bottom of the original label is not covered, as this helps us process your return quickly
  • If using different packaging, include your full name, shipping address with zip code, phone number and email address inside the package

When will I receive my refund? +

Once we receive your return at our distribution center, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, minus shipping and handling
  • If an installment payment is scheduled while your return is in transit, it may still process but will be included in your final refund amount
  • Our Customer Care team is unable to provide refund updates until the 10-business day timeframe has passed, as posting times are controlled by financial institutions

Do you ship internationally? +

At this time, we ship within the United States, including U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We're always exploring new options, so be sure to check back for future international shipping updates.

How often will my kit be shipped? +

After you receive your introductory kit, shipments are scheduled approximately every three months. You're always in control — you can check your upcoming shipment date, adjust your shipping frequency, or customize the products in your kit at any time through your Customer Portal.

Most members receive a 90-day supply approximately every three months — designed to help maintain whitening results without interruption. This timing is designed to align with how long the whitening gel typically lasts with regular use twice a day — but every smile is different.

You can adjust, skip, or delay shipments to match your own usage.

How do I skip a shipment? +

If you have more product than you need right now, you don't have to cancel your whole membership. You can skip your next delivery in the Customer Portal — preserving your member pricing and benefits while matching your pace.

How do I postpone a shipment? +

Easily postpone your next shipment to a date that aligns with how much product you already have. Members use this option when they want fewer deliveries without losing savings or support.

How do I change my delivery frequency? +

You can update how frequently you receive shipments in your Customer Portal. This gives you flexibility if your whitening routine or product usage changes.

How do I cancel my membership? +

While we’re sorry to see you go, you always have control over your membership. You can cancel anytime through your Customer Portal or by contacting Customer Care.

Cancelling will stop future replenishment deliveries and member savings. If you choose to return later, you can always restart your membership.

Please note that shipments already in process may still arrive — you can return them within your 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee for a full refund (minus shipping & handling).

I have too much product — what do I do? +

You're always in control of your delivery schedule. Members simply postpone their next shipment for about 30 days while they finish their current supply.

Can’t log in or reset my password? +

Purchasing a membership does not automatically create a Customer Portal login. If you haven’t created an account yet, or have not received the password reset email, you can create an account here.

How do I use the Pro Whitening Gel? +

How Much:
Dispense equal parts toothpaste and Pro Whitening Gel onto toothbrush. We recommend one pump of gel every time you brush. Tip: You may need to pump several times with the first use to dispense gel.

How Long:
Brush teeth for 2 minutes, starting with the front surfaces. Tip: Don't forget to brush teeth' back surfaces where plaque, tartar and stains can hide.

Rinse thoroughly with water.

How Often:
Use twice daily, every day.

How do I use the Vibrite BLUE toothbrush? +

1. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to brush head before turning the brush on. For additional whitening power, add an equal amount of Smileactives® Pro Whitening Gel next to the toothpaste on the brush.

2. Push the power button to turn on. The brush will automatically start in “Clean” mode. Place the toothbrush in your mouth with the bristles at a slight angle towards the gum line and then turn on the toothbrush. You can rotate through the various brushing modes by repeatedly pressing the power button until you arrive at your desired mode.

3. Rinse the brush head under running water and wipe dry. Store toothbrush in upright position.

What if I experience gum sensitivity? +

Some users may experience temporary, mild gum sensitivity when using whitening products that contain hydrogen peroxide. This is a common and well-documented response and is typically short-lived.

What should I do if this happens?
We recommend stopping use until your gums feel normal. When resuming, use a smaller amount — ½ pump or ¼ pump of gel. While results may take slightly longer, this approach usually prevents further sensitivity.

How can I reduce gum contact?
Apply the Pro Whitening Gel directly to your toothbrush and layer toothpaste on top before brushing to minimize contact with the gums.

If sensitivity is severe, or if it continues, discontinue use and consult your dental professional.

Is Smileactives safe on fabrics? +

Because our gels contain hydrogen peroxide, rinse your mouth and toothbrush thoroughly before drying with a towel to prevent fabric bleaching.
