The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Bright Delights loyalty program (the “Program”) offered by Oral Care Products, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing an Introductory Smileactives® kit, you agree to these Terms:
  1. Eligible customers are automatically enrolled in the Program upon purchase of a qualifying Smileactives® Introductory kit. Program participation is limited to one (1) Bright Delights subscription account per customer. Program rewards consist of exclusive free gifts included with the shipment(s) of replenishment orders and are contingent upon the successful shipment of active subscription order, including without limitation, the successful processing of participant’s authorized payment method. Program rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed, substituted, or exchanged for cash or credit. Program rewards do not replace regular subscription shipments. Program participation, rewards, and timing are subject to change, availability, and successful order fulfillment. Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. Participation may be revoked at the Company’s sole discretion. The Program is offered “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. The Company’s maximum liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to $10 or the equivalent value of the Reward in dispute, whichever is less.
